Owen Daniels is representing a leader in construction and infrastructure technology for a variety of civil applications. They are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover eastern Canada in an already successful market.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Civil Engineering with proven sales in high value projects within the Civil Engineering market across Canada.
The goal of the position is to develop new business and support business growth in the territory.

Key Duties/Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across the territory, covering both product and installation
  • Develop relationships with key customers, contractors, firms and industry contacts
  • Attend industry events to build networks, generate leads and promote the business
  • Act as a product expert for the product line
  • Lead contract negotiations including pricing and terms in line with company objectives
  • Develop key sales strategies to contribute towards internal processes and external wins across the group
  • Utilize the ERP system to maintain accurate sales data and track sales opportunities

Essential/Desirable Experience Required
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent industry experience
  • Several years’ experience in construction sales leadership
  • Relationship-driven approach
  • Bilingual preferred (English/French)
  • Strong IT skills and analytical approach
